My process & Skills
Designing needs research and management, and the user experience has to be thought through holistically.
Stakeholders want to deliver the best experience possible that does not come at the cost of delayed deliveries, future dependencies or rigid, unscalable designs. And while User needs lay the basis, it is vital to align with business goals, and product and development strategy.
This is where I come in. Having worked extensively both, as UX and as Product Manager, I bring varied knowledge, understanding and experience across the board.
I have delivered projects in E-Commerce, Health, Ed-tech, News, Construction, and other sectors working with various technologies on Web and Mobile platforms.
Currently, my full-time focus is UX.
Methodology
My approach to problem solving
Having used the below design solution frameworks, I choose a method best suited for the problem at hand and often combining other techniques as needed. In my experience I have seen products reveal new possibilities and/or pain points at a later stage that did not come through during research and planning. My approach is to always remain flexible and try to carefully adapt changes whenever possible. I like to keep my eye on the primary objective and the primary audience and deliver the best overall solution the team can deliver.

Minimalism
Elimination of non-functional or ornamental elements provides a sophisticated look and eases fulfillment of goals.
Efficiency
The faster an intended goal is achieved the more control a user feels over the app. This leads to a more confident user who is likely advocate for the app.
Feedback
Every action must generate a feedback...and perhaps with a bit of delight! User must know that their action is registered and the app is responding to it.
Working Together
Working closely with all members of product development I have learnt how to build a great rapport with developers and share creative feedback constructively with designers.
I’m well experienced at discussing plans & roadmaps with mid-management and presenting complete solutions to C levels. I use data to guide my decision making which also helps to address doubts and provide clarifications.
But I’m really glad that I’m able to gain trust with end users and capture their honest opinion and transform it into objective analysis.
